Who is responsible

The controller is DOO „Lutec“ Bijeljina, Glavna ulica 009, Patkovača, Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina (tax ID 4405618030002). For any privacy question, write to office@lutec.io.

We process personal data in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In short

• This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking tools.
• Fonts, images and the film load from our own server, not from third-party services.
• We only receive personal data if you send it to us through the contact form or by email.

Visiting the site

With every request, the web server automatically records technical data: IP address, time, requested address, server response and browser details (server logs). We use them only to run and secure the site and to fix errors, do not combine them with other data and keep them for a limited time, in line with the server’s automatic log rotation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form and email

When you send a message, we process your name, email address, company name (if given), topic, message text, page language and time of sending. We use these details only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The message is stored on our server and forwarded by email to office@lutec.io. To protect the form from abuse, we briefly keep a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit the number of messages; we do not store the IP address itself with your message.

The copy on our server is deleted automatically after 12 months. Email correspondence is kept as long as it is needed for the enquiry or our work together, and to meet legal obligations.

Who else has access

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We use two technical service providers that process data only on our behalf:

• hosting: a server in a Hetzner Online GmbH data centre in the European Union;
• email: Tutao GmbH (Tuta Mail), Hanover, Germany.

We disclose data to others only when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or restricted processing, object to processing and receive your data in a portable format. Send your request to office@lutec.io; we reply within the legal deadlines.

You can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you live in the European Union, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorised people in the company can access messages from the form.

Changes

If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
